KOPI

Kopi is a signature Singaporean beverage, brewed with specially roasted robusta beans. Kopi’s nationwide popularity can be attributed to both its unique flavor and it’s high level of caffeine. During the production process, robusta beans are meticulously roasted with a varying combination of ingredients, giving them a slightly sweet taste. Once the beans are ground, they are sent to kopitiams, such as Tong Ah Eating House, and brewed in specially designed long-necked pots.
