As a startup, we're extremely budget conscious. We challenge ourselves on a daily basis to think outside the box. Whether it's figuring out how to market ourselves without paying an arm and a leg or recruiting young talent by offering attractive benefits, we try to keep our costs low and standards high without compromising on quality.
In fact, Vicky and I aren't drawing salaries at the moment, we're living off our own savings! It's an adjustment. I've actually been contemplating selling my handbags and shoes for pocket money! Ohhhhh, the sacrifices! Watch this space for more information!
